Intake pressure control based on improved super-twisting for altitude ground test facilities

Abstract This paper focuses on the problem of rapid tracking engine transient pressure, an improved super twisting algorithm (STA) is adopted to control intake pressure engine. The high altitude platform analyzed systematically, mathematical model derived, and system object are established. It basis classical STA method has better effect than PID methods LADRC. Transient state tests under three different working conditions(acceleration/deceleration pushing/pulling accelerator lever, changing from 50kPa 60kPa, 60kPa 70kPa) simulated verified. simulation results show that, compared with traditional active disturbance rejection control(LADRC)strategies, proposed in this can track inlet transition quickly, reach stabilize given set value accurately quickly.
